Paula Leach is a trusted leadership advisor and executive coach with over 30 years of cross-sector experience at the highest levels of business and government. She partners with senior leaders to navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and humanity.
Her career has been deeply rooted in the realities of executive leadership, spanning industry, government, and corporate environments. From starting on the shop floor of a global manufacturer to serving on the Executive Committee of the UK Home Office, and later as Chief People Officer in a FTSE 250 company, Paula brings a wealth of practical insight. She understands first-hand what it takes to lead through change, growth, and challenge, with impact, clarity, and care.
I designed my unique private practice to meet the growing need among senior executives for not only personal and thoughtful coaching space, but also a highly practical partnership with advice based on the real world and more attuned to the demands of modern leadership. I work with only a small number of clients at a time, offering a calm, trusted space where real conversations happen. It’s not about having another coach. It’s about having a true thought partner who brings perspective, honesty, and depth when it’s needed most.
