The Vantage Points Foundation invests in the next generation of professional women, strengthening confidence,
agency and leadership capacity at the outset of their careers.

A fully pro bono, year-long experience integrating coaching, mentoring and cross-generational exchange. 
The work is grounded in the belief that early investment in leadership capability shapes not only individual careers,
but the future of organisations and society.

The Foundation reflects a long-term commitment to leadership standards, intergenerational development and shared-value enterprise.
